Willcall-
Willcall tickets must be picked up only on the day of the event with the original credit card used to purchase the tickets and a state issued picture ID. All Willcall tickets must be picked up at the same time. Not being able to pick up your tickets from Willcall because you do not have the above items is not grounds for a refund.

If your event is cancelled, we will refund the amount you paid for your tickets (minus order processing, service and delivery fees) using the same payment method used for purchase. The standard policy is to refund within 5 business days from purchase date. Not all refund requests will be honored, however if something comes up and you can''t make it, we will do everything we can to help. Just contact us!
